Honeywell has been building industrial control equipment since the early 1900s, and process control has been central to that work for most of it. The company released the first commercially available distributed control system in 1975 and has carried the same installed base forward through every generation since, alongside its gas detection instruments, burner controls and the MICRO SWITCH switching range.

Variable frequency drives that control the speed and torque of three-phase AC induction and permanent magnet motors, built to work alongside Honeywell's Experion and ControlEdge platforms.

ST 3000
